My new life begins on November 5!!

It feels so amazing to have my surgery date!  It's over a month away...but I still feel as this could actually be REAL!  I haven't let myself believe that this could really happen for me (probably because the last time I tried in 2005 my insurance crapped out on me)!  Before the New Year I'll be well on my way to the new me.  Yikes! I hope I'm doing the right thing!

Hi, Congratulations on getting your date. Time will fly by. practice now NOT drinking while you eat. And Quit POP. You ae making the right decision don't second guess yourself now. You will be just fine and have great results. Sheila

How exciting Heather! Do what you can now to prepare for your new life. Try to get a little (even 5 minutes) of exercise every day. Drink 2 liters of water daily, eat well, don't eat and drink at the same time. Take your vitamins. The more you engrain these habits now the easier it will be to be successful.

That is great news Heather. Only you know if you are doing the right thing. I'm already feeling so much better since my surgery, and I'm only 6 weeks out.

Thanks everyone, for your support!   I slept really well last night, so I'm feeling pretty positive about this decision.   I'm so glad to hear that the time flies by!  I can't wait to be on the other side!!
