Good Morning!

What's your plan for today?  meals?  exercise?  activities?

*I had my normal for breakfast...a cup of Special K with red berries with 1% milk. 
*I'm on call for work and have to meet a co-worker to visit a home at 10:30 this morning.  *I will go for a nice walk with the pupster later on today. 
*Who knows what I will have for lunch and dinner.  I do have some leftover chicken pesto.  A gal at work had something that smelled wonderful the other day.  She offered some up to me, then said she was sorry, not knowing what I can eat.  I let her know I can eat anything I want, in moderation.  Well, she made a chicken/pasta pesto meal.  I took 2 rotinis and 4 chicken cubes with this awesome smelling pesto on it.  I had never had pesto before.  OMG!!!  I'm in lve.  I asked about the ingredients in the pesto...olive oil, pine nuts, basil and garlic.  She did admit she didn't have time to make her own, so bought a jar of Classico Pesto.  It's a shorter jar than their other sauces.  Well, I went out and bought some.  Diced up 3 chicken breasts, lightly floured/spiced them up then sauteed them.  I tossed the pesto on and YUMMILICIOUS meals for days!

I loooove pesto. Always have. It's just so..YUMMY! Today, considering I just got up, haha. I have to read about 200 more pages in my book, write a paper on it - that's for one class. For the other class, I need to read through 3 days of the NYTimes. For another, I need to read the DSM-IV, and for another, just some articles. I love school, but I hate Sundays. It's always the "crap, I have CLASS tomorrow!!!" Aside from that, I need to go pick up cream of tartar so I can make some "clouds" - I'll let y'all know how it is! I had my AchievOne protein drink this morning, and I'm in the midst of 1/2 of a 100 Calorie Thomas Multi Grain English Muffin with some peanut butter! It's not a bad breakfast. Naturally, I'm freaking out that I'm eating a type of bread, but I'll breathe. Hope everyone has a kick-arse day!!

So, what's your major?  I only pick the DSM-IV up when I need a refresher or clarification.  I'm a social worker/case manager working with juvenile delinquents.  I also investigate child abuse cases, on-call.  Man, I'm getting the heebie jeebies just thinking about reading all that you have to today!

Clouds?  hmmm, are they those puffy things I see at the grocery store?  I'd be very interested in knowing how they turn out.  I hear ya on the bread.  I stopped at a church on my way home yesterday and got their Chicken BBQ.  It had a soft, delectable roll.  I broke it up...FAST and gave it to the dog...lol  As if she needed it!  I was so paranoid about even holding it.  It was bizarre! 

I will definitely have a kick arse day!  Thanks, sweetie!

I'm developing my own major in Health Policy, Nutrition, and its effects on Child and Adolescent Psychopathology. The DSM-IV is for my Child and Adolescent Psychopathology Class! I love it! Clouds are these bready things that are made from cottage cheese. I have no clue, but I figured I'd try!

Good for you!  That's incredible commitment!  What type of work setting are you hoping to find, create?

Hey sweetie. I'm feeling a little "off" today, so I'm taking it a little easy on my pouch. So far today I've had:
cup of hot tea
1/2 EAS protein drink with a piece of banana
2 bottles of water
1/2 bullet

I'm just concentrating on getting in my fluids. I'm going to have the other half of my shake as ice cream later on and I'll finish the rest of the bullet. Even if I don't feel like eating, I still want to get in my protein.
