Dealing with old habits

The summer is over and many of us have had a hectic summer.  The meetings have various purposes.  Some of us catch up with old friends; others seek advice from others that have had weight loss surgery and newbies look for advice from those that have had surgery. Who else better understands you than another person that had weight loss surgery?

The focus of our meeting will be dealing with the return of old habits.  Old problems, new problems, all of us have different methods of coping.

The meeting location is: Time 7:15 pm C.A.P. 163-59 17TH Avenue Whitestone, NY 11357 Walk down the ramp

There is ample street parking and easy access from Manhattan via express bus or the Queens Transit Line.

Bring snacks if you want.

your meeting sounds great i am a newbie i guess with having had my surgery on 7/24/07, i would love to go to your meeting in the future but i have an already commitied to that date please keep me updated on more meeting or events in the whitesone area thanks  [email protected]
