I'm ONE! I can't believe one year ago today I was given the gift of a new life. It really is a gift to be treasured for the rest of my life! Thanks to my surgery, I'm living again!! And it feels AMAZING! And ironically, today is Day One for my sister, Lisa L. !!! Thank you to EVERYONE here for all your support both before and after my surgery. I feel like I have a 2nd family!

Congratulations Karen!! I am right behind you, next month is my surgerversary, Oct 23. I'm feeling a little frustrated as I haven't seen the scale move in a whole month!! Is this it for me? It's like being in the last lap of a race and feel like your feet are stuck. I hope I can do something to motivate the scale to be good to me. At least I'm not gaining, but I feel I have so much more to go before I can consider any plastics. I just can't get over your transformation. Way to go girl!! God speed xo
