7 weeks out....

Hi all!
I thought it was time for an update seeing I had my check up today with Dr. Caruana. I am down 39 lbs and doing well. I wi**** were more!!! But I will take whatever I can get!! Not to much to report other than the pain in my tail bone. They PA at Synergy told me they may have moved me wrong during my surgery.
Cool huh? I really don't think that is the case because it didn't start hurting until I was about 3 weeks out. It's fine when standing but when I am sitting all day at work.....ouch!!! The bad thing is I can't take to much for pain. So I am going to the Chiropractor tomorrow. Hopefully that will relieve some of my pain.
Other than that I feel pretty good!!! Thanks to all of you for your great posts!! I may not reply to all but I read them!
Oh yeah....I am starting a new part time job Thursday night at night at a Valu Home Store. Just some xtra

Sounds like you're doing great, Debi! I hope the tailbone issue heals soon! Good luck at the chiropractor's!

Glad to hear for the most part that you are doing well!  Sorry to hear about your tail bone but your chiropractor should help.  I love mine!

Great job on the weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    I think 39lbs is wonderful.   Sounds as if everything is going well for you.     It is not uncommon to have some back pain after weight loss.   My chiropractor explained why to me in great length but I could never get it right if I tried to repeat what he said......lol.    I hope he can get you fixed up and feeling better.      Did you see Marc or Audrey at Dr. C's office?    I have not had the "pleasure" of seeing Marc for one of my appointments.............lol.    Sally

Debi, Congratulations on the weight loss...you are doing great!  I had a similar problem after surgery with my hip...I blame it on sleeping on the hospital bed for 3 nights...it did clear up after I was well enough to walk in the morning.  Good Luck! Rosemary

My tailbone is still killing me if I sit for too long.....I thought maybe I had been dropped or something, but like you it didn't start bothering me until I was a ways out....let me know if you learn the reason behind the pain.....You are doing great!!!!  Good luck at the new job!!!    

Hi deb. that is great 39lbs gone forever. you go girl. Sorry I haveen't talked to you in a while. Work is killing me I have no time for anything. Goold luck on the new job. So far I have lost 54lbs. Yeah I am in onederland by 2 lbs. i went and worked out the other day at synergy. Marc is on his honeymoon(lucky girl) Talk to you soon. Sheila

I was wondering where you have been. I thought you were probably busy. I was going to call but I didn't want to bother you. As of today (Saturday) I am now down 41lbs!!
