Proteins or 3 meals/day...finding the balance?
Hi sweetie. There's no way on God's green earth that I can meet my protein requirement of 75g without supplementing. I usually do a shake for breakfast and then throughout the day, with my fluids, I either do a protein bullet or Cytosport Protein (diluted in half because it's so strong). Between the shake and the Cytosport, I'm at 75g. After looking at the protein in my food, I determine how much I need to supplement. I have to plan like this or I'll never get in enough.
