Collective WOWs
I am just 4 months out of surgery. I am found these to be my WOWs, so far!
Onederland!!!!!!!
Down 60 lbs
Size 24/26/XXL to a 16/14 L
No more incontinence when I laugh, sneeze or cough
Legs touch the tanning bed
My bath towels almost reach around me
I can give myself a pedicure and tie my own sneakers without gasping for breath
I can sit in a theater chair, comfortably
I have a WAIST!
I have Cheekbones again!
I don't have 3 chins anymore!
I went to my 30th class reunion, skipped the 20th and 25th due to embarrassment
I can cross my legs, comfortably and almost wrap them behind one another
I can wipe myself without feeling as if my arm will pull out of the joint
Touch my toes AND see them in the shower!
I walk with my head high!!! I have my confidence back!!!!!!!!! xoxoxoxoxo
MY BMI has gone from a 40.9 to a 30.9. I'm closing in on being OVERWEIGHT!!
Thank you all for your support. I truly believe without the love and support of my OH family I wouldn't have been strong enough to have accomplished what I have!
