Amy's right, you should call your doctor. However, to set your mind at ease a little, thin liquids like water, juice, diet tea will more-or-less run right through the pouch and down into the intestines, because there's no pyloric valve at the stomach outlet anymore. Thicker liquids like protein shakes may stick around for a little while, but not long.
As long as you're not gulping, taking in more at once than your stomach can hold (remember that 2 ounce limit), you should not feel full, and you should not regurgitate liquids.
I didn't feel full or not full for a long time. I made my protein drinks and drank them then 30 minutes later i started drinking fluids, again not full or full wasn't an issue. With solid food i do get full even now and I'm almost a year and a half out. I don't measure my food but i definitely know when I've had enough and don't try to get more down. Best of luck to you.
