9.5 months/130 pounds and pictures

Well I never thought that I would make it this far.  As the title said.. i'm 9.5 months out, 130 pounds down.. gone from a size 28 plus to a size 8/10..   A few issues with my B12 but hopefully they will be better in a month after I supplement it some more with spray vitamins.  If not then I get the shots but what the heck.. I did allergy shots most of my life as a kid I can handle B12 once a month.

Life has been pretty stressful lately but hopefully it is on the mend. I have found actually that I have lost all that I want to lose..     I don't like the fact that I have a very very boney painful butt not.. i sit on a special foam cushion for people with tailbone injuries and that does help in the car.  I also find that the excess skin on my backside folds over itself so when I do sit it actually pinches the skin..  OUCH that hurts.   can you get a 'butt life" hehehehe

No other major issues.. I try to hard to get all of my protein etc in every day.. Kefir and I are really good friends as well as ham and cheese, hamburger, steak and fruits/veggies.    my son (see my updated pictures in my profile) and I went to one of those gourmet make your own meal places..  boy did we have a ton of fun and I could see exactly what was put in the food.. easy to make and just yummy...

well I've rambled enough.. thanks for listening.   check out my new pictures with me and my son..

Wow, I DID check out the pictures.  You bring new meaning to the saying "you can fit 2 people in those pants."    Your son is adorable. hugs,

Hehehe.. I don't know why I thought of doing it.. He is actually wearing a full pair of jeans while he is in the pants.. we had so much fun doing that picture.. I would suggest doing it with stretchy pants though and not the type that we used..  The funny thing is thought that those pants were actually a little bit tight on me prior to surgery..   my son weighs about 115 so I've lost a little bit more than 1 of him..    we had to have my hubby spot us as we walked down the hallway though..  we were a little bit unstable...... Thank you!!      I am going to the gym 3 times a week but this low B12 is really kicking me and making me really tired.   Hard to get motivated to go to CURVES when you are dragging..  Three big projects just came in for my at home business too (of course) and they all want them done today.. yeah right like that is going to happen LOL    they just have to play nice and wait their turn ..    so back to work I go..     Thank you again for the compliment..  Jenny
