So That NYC Meetup?

First, consider this my RSVP. Now, have we decided on a restaurant? Sarabeth's is fine by me. Just let me know! What date did we decide on? Thanks Teresa!!!

The meeting date is October 27th. The restaurant of choice is still up in the air, I worked for Applebee's in college and well--I know the kitchens and don't trust any of their food (but that's just me). Other's didn't want Sarabeth's so I believe we're still looking for a restaurant.  I'd prefer something where I don't have to deal with tourist--nothing screws up a weekend faster than lost tourist standing around going, "Hey, Martha look at that building and all those lights".

Hence, I'm thinking we need to meet above 72nd Street, yes? You still get lots of tourists, but you get a break for a bit. I was about to suggest Cafe Lalo. Yummy, but I'm afraid we won't get a table.
