YUM discovery! Orange Julius made with Matrix Protein!

I just have to share this yummy discovery I made tonite! My friend (and WLS Angel) gave me a sample of Matrix Organge Cream protein powder and I used Tropicana Sugar Free Orange Ade and whipped it up in my magic bullet and poured it over lots of ice. OH BOY... tastes JUST like an Orange Julius and has 23 grams of protein and only 3 carbs!  The Tropicana Orange Ade is non carbonated, has ZERO calories and carbs and NO caffeine!  The Tropicana Orange Ade is right in the soda aisle in all the grocery stores and comes in either cans or 2 liter bottles. I get my Matrix Protein powder at either http://www.bariatriceating.com or http://www.netrition.com    If anyone tries this you have to let me know how you like it! -Marianne C.

OMG - talk about bringing back childhood memories!!! Our local mall used to have an Orange Julius kiosk & everytime I went I had to have one!!!! I'll have to keep this recipe in mind after I have my surgery!!! Thanks for the recipe & the trip down memory lane!!!  Cece
