Woooohoooo!   good news!  Another step in the right direction.!!! WTG I didn't get a date until AFTER I had seen all the doc's and passed all the tests and evaluations!   I saw my Surgeon,  went home and made all my appointments.  I had them done within a couple weeks then the blood work and found I had the H-pylori bacteria... that held me up for 2 weeks while it was treated and then I got my surgery date which was 3 weeks later.  It was so fast!    was just about 2 mo. from my first consult.  I couldn't believe how quick it all went!  So, my point is... You've got the date.. and you should be able to get things to go very quickly!

I am VERY excited, too!  Thanks!! Yes, today was very rainy but yesterday and earlier in the week wasn't bad at all.  Actually got some swimming in.    We did need the rain though!

Wow, that's great that you have approval!  Evidently they schedule first and deal with the insurance after at my office.  Seems they all do it different but who cares as long as the outcome is the same .  Let us know when you have a date!  (Hmmm maybe you already do...I have some catching up to do!)
