Cheri you make me smile babe! You are doing great.  I am holding steady at 83 pounds gone...slowed down a bit then saw my Doc and he said I will give you a .3cc fill and man it kicked into high gear!  I am feeling great.  I have had less exercise this past month because two of my kids have been seriously ill.  Where I have been in Rochester and Danville PA back and forth for specialists.  All is calm now but knowing exercise is a key is huge! I love you darling! Would love to hug your neck one day!

83?  WOW!!!!!  Maybe I need to get another fill!  I think I'm at 2ccs in my 4cc band.  I'll have to verify that for sure.  I guess I assumed they did 1cc fills.  They told me the last time I was there, August 8th, they don't need to see me again!  I wanna see them.  I actually need to see them or at least have them say they taper off with the appts.!  I'm only in the office 15 minutes or so, but it is my secondary support to here!

So sorry to hear about the kidlets!  I wish I was closer, I'd help ya out in any way I could for sure!  huggins and kisseroonies to them all!   Love ya too!  Big ol' bunches!
