I do feel the control! I eat what I want in small portions. I still know there are things I would, at least in my head, love to chow down on, so still avoid. The holidays will be the true test. I am the baker of the family, having been left my gram's recipes! By then I will have had my band about 7 months, so hopefully, things will have changed enough to keep me away from eating 20+ cream cheese press cookies at a sitting! LOL

May 8th truly was my rebirth!! (
crying ) I am so happy and blessed to have been given this privilege, my WLS. Everyday I wake up and jump out of bed to greet the wonder of the day! 
I was in Old Forge one day last week and bought a couple wooden pieces to place in my car. IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE and I HOPE YOU DANCE. Life is truly wonderful and I hope we all live life to it's fullest...
