But I'm so excited. This past weekend, me and Chris booked the room and the DJ for our Civil Union. The date is going to be March 15. I'm so estatic!

We had discussed this when Civil Unions became legal in NJ back in February. My one stipulation was that I had to have surgery first and be far enough out that I looked good and I'd be eating somewhat normally. I can't believe we are at this point of planning. After nearly 16 years together, it's about time we can make it legal...on a state level anyway.

Just wanted to share my excited with you guys!
