Well Gerri you are absolutely right it is up to your surgeon my surgeon did not requireit but he did say that it would make his job alot easier if I did three days of liquid which I did he said it would shrink the liver and make it easier for him to put the band on Love Kelly

Hiya Gerri!  Noper, I didn't have to.  I had a nice dinner the night before and drank whatever it was until I went to bed.  I didn't eat/drink the morning of surgery.  I had to be there by 7:30.  Good luck!!!

HA!  I had corn off the cob for dinner!!!!  OMG it was awesome.  I cut it off the cob though.  sprtiz of I can't believe it's not butter and a speck of salt!  Delish!

I make "pumpkin fluff" for me and my kids and we all love it: 1 package of either SF/FF butterscoth or cheesecake jello pudding 1 cup of 1 % or Skim milk 1 15ounce can of pumpkin (libby's) 11/2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice 1 8 ounce container or free cool whip whip it all together and place in the fridge
