I can relate...I am a terrible scale watcher...but, I have been walking 2 miles a day and figure I'm building muscle...you are doing fine and loooooking good! Rosemary

2 miles a day is awesome, Rosemary. I'm no where near that yet, but I will be soon.

The total weight loss and the inches lost are awesome Rachelle. You will go through periods of slower and then more rapid weight loss. It's just the body's way of dealing with change. What other things are you noticing that are different? Clothes fitting differently, looking differently, improved exercise tolerance, better sleep? Don't minimize these changes, because they are also profound.

Keep up the good work!!! You go girl!

You know Amy, I didn't even think of other changes. One big one I noticed is that I don't have the urgency to urinate as I once did, both on awaking in the morning and throughout the day. I haven't had "leakage" in about 2 weeks. My clothes fit better, although not loose yet.

Thanks for giving me other ideas to gauge my success.

Isn't that a great thing....I know I got discouraged and panicy when the scales stopped moving, but when my mom took my measurements..woooohooooo.... You are doing great! Congratulations!!!!  Rave Girl
