Inches Lost..WooHoo!!

Ok, I was a little disappointed that I only lost 1.5 lbs. this week. That's not me whining about it. It knew it would probably happen...I was losing quite nicely. I've lost 24 lbs. in 5 weeks (2 weeks preop liquid diet and 3 weeks surgery). I'm thrilled about that. Then I decided to take my measurements today. In those same 5 weeks I've lost a total of 14.75 inches.

I don't go by the scale so much.  I go by how my clothes are fittin.  When they keep getting bigger, I know I am getting smaller.  You are doing great!!!

I think I'm going to try that Ms. Betsy. The scale has been my enemy in the past and the biggest cause of stress while trying to lose weight.

WOOWOO darlin!!!!  How awesome! Don't be really concerned about the weight #.  I was at a plateau for about a month and have been again for a couple of weeks.  It's the inches I'm lovin to see go!
