Kelly choosing to eat the right things and following my Nutritionists plan has helped tons. Then support group meetings and then EXERCISING...you need to do it. It works, you feel great and proud of yourself!
I love eating good...I have changed my eating habits...I ask myself if it is worth it and if it is on my plan. I eat and stop before I am actually feeling full. Then with in about 10 minutes I am full. It goes slow to learn all these new things but it will pan out baby!
