Freaking out at 4 months out baby!
I am four months out with my LapBand surgery. I am so stoked at who I have become. It is not just an eating choice I made...it was a mental decision to not lie to myself about food any longer. I cannot believe I can look at food and choose to not have it because I do not WANT it. I have been true to myself and my band.
I eat to live now. It is the neatest feeling to sit down and eat and know when I have had enough. To know the food is not going anywhere. That later if I become hungry it will bethere so no need to gorge cause it was good. I feel empowered by my choices!
I am exercising daily...boxing, strength training, jogging 
energy up the wazoo.
As of yesterday I am 80 pounds down. I am so amazed at how I am just losing. My Dr thinks I am losing like a RNY patient...he said it is amazing. All my labs are BEAUTIFUL! My boobs are amazingly smaller... I am wearing freaking LACE panties!!! 
My feet have shrunk 1 1/2 sizes and went from wide to regular 
My kids think I am nutso and so does my hubby. They love my new found energy and at times I do drive them all crazy.
I go to my support meetings as I feel those are a major part of recovery...not just surgery but food addiction.
I am happy

You have done absolutely wonderful and I'm so glad for you.
I'm very proud of you, Chelle, and just think...this is only the beginning.
I know that people have dropped the weight and not exercised but in my opinion, exercise is key.
It's amazing how it clears the head and helps make you more attuned to your body aside from toning you up.

I went to the bead store yesterday to get some things. The bead lady was asking about how things were going. She told me that I have a "glow" about me. YES I DO!!! YAY Sister!!!!!
