5 months(and a few days) out of surgery. March 19th. Day of surgery - 230 lbs. Current weight - 168 lbs. Total loss-             62 lbs. (As of this morning) I was so disgusted with myself for failing the weight loss game. I've had the same winter coat for the last 3 years because I kept saying that next year would be different  and I could throw it out and get a nice new pretty smaller size. It never happened until...........................................................................This Year! I'm in a size 12-14 now. I can't wait to get a new winter coat this upcoming season. Maybe I'll even get two - one in gray and one in the brown family. Ahhhhhh....it's so nice to celebrate and appreciate even the smallest things in life. Take Care~~Goin' For A Walk. Diane

WOOOHOOOO!!!!!   Congratulations Congratulations on your accomplishment.  I know what you mean about the winter coat.  I finally fit into one that my mom bought me 2 yrs ago.  Enjoy your shopping spree!!!!Shopping Spree

Oh Diane, that is so exciting! You have done remarkably well and hope I follow right in your footsteps.

I understand about the coat. I've done the same thing. Maybe I'll lose enough by winter time to buy a new coat along with you.

Keep up the good work sweetie. I'm so proud of you.
