Cytosport Protein

Right before surgery, me and Chris went to GNC. I went in looking for Isopure RTD, but the guy I was talking to told me that they taste nasty. He said the Cytosport Protein tasted much better. I took his word for it and bought one of each flavor...Watermelon, Tropical and Tangerine. A big yuk on the watermelon and tropical , but the tangerine is pretty good as long as I dilute it with 1/2 water. The bottle is 20 oz with 40 g of protein, 0 carbs, 0 sugar.

On those days that I just can't stomach a protein shake, this is coming in handy to help me meet my protein requirements.

My sis and I talked again the other day...I reminded her about Christine Ren and Dr. Fielding being the best in the country for WLS.  She continues to consider WLS with them!  At 35 she had her hip replaced, wrecking the other knee due to favoring that side.  Now, at 43, her hip still hurts and saw does the knee.   I hope she makes the call!  She lives in the Bronx and works in Manhattan!  I wanna move there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I hate the country!  Oi vey! Keep up the great work!!!! 

Hey Cheri! I'd be happy to talk to your sis about Ren and Fielding, if she wants. They are definitely top notch and would recommend them to anyone. My brain is here for the pickin'.
