I have a question I know you guys can help me with!!! I need something different to eat for breakfast. I am so tired of eggs and cheese and meat. I do drink the SF Carnination Instant Breakfast, oatmeal, and yogurt. I would love a cereal to eat and just some other breakfast ideas!!! Any help would be great!! Thanks! Tara

I eat Kashi Berry or Special K with red berries...1/2 cup to 1 cup with 1% milk.  I love it!   I make sure I eat breakfast DAILY!!!

Hi, Tara, I agree with Cheri, I bought one of the Kashi fibrous cereals and I eat that sometimes.  I use skim milk, but just enough to soften the cereal a bit. It's very tasty. Hope you get more suggestions! Sue

My surgeon's office recommends 1/2 cup of Fiber One - I had it the other day - not bad with some skim milk and a pack of Equal.

Hi Tara.... My usual b-fast is Cottage Cheese with a couple tsp. of Polaner All fruit or a cup of yogurt with 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean.... Both are good protein sources and easily portable for work....   Lori

Tara, I eat a variety of things because my nutritionist says that variety keeps your metabolism from settling into a pattern or routine and thus slowing it down. So, I shake things up. Sometimes I eat cottage cheese, a SF yogurt and a small amount of fruit. Some mornings it's a serving of Kashi Go Lean and skim milk. This morning it was a slice of very toasted sunflower rye bread with peanut butter and a SF yogurt with flaxseed meal. I also eat: (mixed and matched, not alltogether) Kashi Go Lean Crunch, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Cereal (all their "flavors"), Cascadia Farms granola, scrambled eggs with a touch of milk mixed in to make them fluffier, maybe some turkey bacon, a really toasted multigrain bagel with flaxseed, protein shakes (I make this fabulous banana split protein shake!!), and a few other things. One of my favorite breakfasts is a serving of Fage yogurt with a serving (or half) of organic granola and fresh fruit. It's like a breakfast parfait! Yumsters! The rule I will always follow is protein first, good carbs second, and (if time and room allows) starch third. I hope you get lots of great suggestions! Jen Halliday

Speical K high protein (9g per /12 cup) has been good to me.. just let it get mushy- the flakes stand up to the milk very well, stay crunchy.  Also quaker weight control oatmeal- banana bread flavor.. yummy
