Reminder Long Islanders-8/21 @ Panera Bread, Bohemia!

Hiya guys! This is just a friendly reminder that our next meeting will be next Tuesday, 8/21 from 7:00-9:00pm at Panera Breads backroom in Bohemia.  Don't forget your before pics, your show and tell items and anything else you'd like to share! I'm excited and can't wait to see  LESS of you all again!  You guys are truly an amazing shrinking in cothing size and pounds but growing in members! Hi Maryellen, I hope everyone is doing well!!!!! I unfortunately won't be able to join you next Tuesday as I am on vacation in South Carolina and Georgia with my Mom visiting with family. We will only be returning to NY on Tuesday; and I have to go back to work on Wednesday. I look forward to seeing everyone next month. Keep on being LOSERS!!!!
