Thanks for your post Tina. The funny (not really) thing is that the weight that I am now, I used to consider my "fat weight". Funny how perspectives change.

congratulations!  you must feel so great.  i remember that feeling.  i am being banded Monday but I had lost 150 lbs on my own years ago.  congrats!

Good luck to you on your surgery Monday. I hope that the tool that banding provides will help you keep the weight off. My WLS has definitely done that for me, but it's not easy! I have worked hard for this, and see that my work has only just begun!!

I will keep you in my thoughts Monday.
