Yay! I'm overweight!

I never thought I would be thrilled to be overweight, but today, I crossed over from the obese category to overweight, according to my BMI.

Yippeee!!!!

Completely understand!!  That's a great accomplishment.  Good for you!   Soon you will be "normal" -- I'm sure there were times when that didn't even seem like it was in the realm of possibility.  I'm happy for you.  Keep up the good work! LisaD

Thanks Lisa. I know what you mean about normal not being in the realm of possibility. I am not one of those people that lost all their weight in 6 months. The surgery was a vital tool, for sure, but I've had to work hard and it hasn't come off nearly as fast as I'd hoped. I am diligent about exercise and watching how I eat. I don't know if I'll ever be "normal," but it sure does feel good just to be overweight!
