Hi! Any Cool Plans For The Weekend?

The weather is supposed to be terrific this weekend. (If you can believe the weather persons....that is.) So what do you have going on? We are invited to a "Friends" picnic with friends who we don't necessarily see all the time but have always kept in touch. Some go as far back as grammar school and it's at Eisenhower Park. My husband and I will just make an appearance for a while to say hello. These food and drink orgies are wearing me out! It's not easy being St. Diane at these functions.  LOL I'll make sure that I bring my trusty little bag with acceptable food for me. My son's 29th (Yikes) birthday is tomorrow so he will meet us there for a while before taking the train for a night in Manhattan. Livin' the good life...that son o' mine. He's a good "Boy" though. Also, DH is off all next week so we'll do some day trips. (Oh no, what about the pupster? Have to  fit in the walking and such and might even attempt a volleyball game. Diane, or should I day St. Diane   You crack me up...... We are hoping to be able to ride the motorcycle this weekend and if the weather is as good as they say it will be we will be out and riding. Maybe getting some more stuff around the house done as well since this is the weekend that hubby is off. I hope you have a great time at the party hun and may your son has a great birthday as well. ive been laying by my pool every nice day there was .... so i think sunday im going to venture to fire island and hang with my boyfriend for some alone time....... no kiddies just him and i and the sound of the waves crackling down on the water..... i think thats my favorite sound....havent done that all summer i hope you have a great picnic and oh by the way you look awesome.... see you on the 21st

you do not look like u should have a 29 yr old son!!!! you look amazing!!!! well...........i have a first date tonight. meeting him in manhattan and going to dinner and a movie. woohoo! wish me luck lol
