Better Every Day!

Well, yesterday I could barely choke down one protein drink all day.  I drank half in the morning and half if the afternoon and even that was difficult. Today is a little better.  I was up at 6:00.  Had a cup of ginger tea..that took me about an hour to drink. I waited about an hour and made myself a protein shake.  It's been about 1.5 hours of sipping, but I'm almost done.  I think I'm actually going to be able to fini****!

Just remember in the story of the Rabbit and Hare--slow and steady wins the race! Drinking will become easier in a matter of days & you'll be chugging those protein shakes, LOL, not really but you will start to notice you can drink faster and drink more. All the best!!

Good Afternoon, Rachelle. Awwww...I just knew that you'd be able to do this. Seriously though...it is just amazing how our bodies heal so well. Everyday does get better. Main thing is to stay hydrated and everything will fall into place as you will see. P.S. The Iron Rich food list that you posted for me is super helpful. Thanks a bunch. Diane~~

Hang in there cookie, Rome wasn't built in a day. Time to heal and change is EVERYTHING in this process.
