Hi Rachelle.
Just take it easy and when you feel a bit better make a little daily chart of how much protein, water, walks,protein and vits you are getting in....checking each off as you go down the line.
Found that this helped a great deal to keep me organized because I came home feeling well but overwhelmed trying to do the right things.
So very glad that you are home and DONE with the hospital crappola.
You'll see how it gets better every day.
