update

Hi everyone, I hope this post finds everyone healthy and happy.  I thought I would share some updated information.  I am 4 months post op and feeling wonderful.  I am down 110 lbs, wearing a size 10 and feeling so good about myself!  I can't get over how different I feel and how much happier I am.  I love shopping these days because I can wear most anything.  I get compliments daily, which does not hurt the confidence at all.  :o) My daughter was married this past Saturday and although I would have preferred that she were a little older, I 'm thrilled that she is so happy.  I am going to be a grandmother in March!  There is just so much to be thankful for and the top of the list is my health.  I couldn't be happier with my results.  Its the weirdest thing now though....people are constantly telling me that I don't look like me, I look like a different person.  I didn't realize until I looked at the wedding pictures, just how different I look. It's really very amazing to see the changes a person goes through, both physically and mentally.  I am so happy I did this.  What a roller coaster ride it has been and I do it again and again!

110?  HOLY MOLY in 4 months!!!!   Never heard of such progress!!!! Congrats!!!!  You're certainly an inspiration to me and I'm sure others here!!!  I agree with the confidence!  Even with the 56 lbs I'm down, I walk without looking at the ground when I pass people.  I also have men looking at me!  I kinda like that having been single 9 years now.

What wonderful news! I am so glad to hear of your progress and that you are feeling well. The pictures of your daughter's wedding are lovely. The change in you is so apparent, especially in your face. You look lovely.

Hey, I'm wondering if you are done with the books I loaned you. I have another friend who is researching weight loss surgery who would benefit from reading them. Let me know.
