Good freaking morning darlings!

I just had to pop on and just SCREAM woooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooo!! No reason at all.  Just feeling mighty fine wearing my new smaller sized hip black and white polka dot shirt! Ow! Hoping everyone is just so happy and joyous today! Life is good. Keep focused...eat the right things...do not cheat your self!

AWESOME!!!! I had a similar incident this morning!! I had a pair of jeans that one month ago were too darn small & today I can get them on & almost button AND zip them up!!!! I am down 21.2 lbs in 3 weeks on Medifast!! Another week or 2 & those jeans will be on & zipped!!!!  Life IS good!!!!!!  

Woo hoooooo!!! You are doing fabulous!!!  Get those jeans on and flaunt it!!!!
