Monday Healthy Check In's

6 1/2 pounds is all good. I'm glad that it's working for you. That is equal to 26 (?) sticks of butter on your body.
Now,as for the exercise, do you want me to come over and put you on that treadmill myself?
Sometimes exercise works best for me first thing out of bed because it still feels like a dream. I know that you know that once it's out of the way, there is a sense of accomplishment that kind of defines the rest of your day. It puts you on the right track.
The eating plan is terrific, but adding the exercise will help it to come off more quickly.

The Good, Bad, and The Ugly:
My "GOOD" is that I went to a wedding on Saturday and got through it for the first time ever without the cakes and desserts.( Usually mine and whoever didn't eat theirs at my table) I stuck with cheese slices and fruits.
I also continued to walk the whole weekend.
My "Bad" is that I ate waaay too much fruit on the weekend, especially at the wedding and I have to limit my nuts. I ate the fruit as if it were going out of style.
How do we say, "Portion Contol" ??? LOL
Also, my "BEAN Exerciser" is just sitting in my den everyday just staring at me. There must be some deep seated psychological thing going on with me and it.
I have a Drs. appt. this afternoon. I now weigh on my scale 172 pounds from 230 pounds.
My dress was a size 14. I keep thinking that it was mismarked because it is just so darn hard to believe. It was soooooo pretty and was on clearance at TJ Max for 16.99. (LOL...probably because it was sized wrong.) It was a really summery dress....not black for a change. Sometime soon I will try to put up the picture. Not as savvy as others with the computer.

Great News on your weight loss...and don't worry...you will get back on the excercise badwagon...I know its tough.
I am down 47 pounds (surgery on 5/10/07)...having a small plateau..but, I'm not letting it worry me anymore I am going on vacation in 8 weeks...a little worried about having clothes to wear...but, a nice worry.

Yes I am really working on that next for sure, I need to take this to the next level for this all to work.
CONGRATS on the 47 lbs GONE.
I know it feels soooo awesome! Yeah those plateau's are a constant for sure. I guess that is just how our bodies lose weight.
Oh vacation, what is that????
