SURGERY WAS 7/30 AND I FEEL OK!

Hello all.........I am new to the boards so I wanted to introduce myself and welcome your suggestions and help along my journey.  I am 29 married to a wonderful man, and have a 19 month old daughter ( who's pretty cute i must say)  Anyway back to the subject....I have my surgery on Monday....and so far so good....I am completely off pain killers....just using liquid tylenol and feel pretty good.  My port area from my band is the only thing causing me discomfort.  Other than that 1 incision I feel good................I started my journey at 277 and I am hoping for 165.......thanks for listening! dana

Dana congrats on your surgery!  My port area was the only thing that really bothered me from my surgery.  It is normal babe.  Your going to do great!

Dana, Welcome and make yourself right a home here, there are some awesome people on these boards! I don't know what I would do without them, from day 1!!!! Congrats on your surgery hun and I am sure you will reach your goal of 165 without a problem, even pass it maybe.   Also glad to hear you are feeling good. Keep us posted!
