I'm on for Aug 16, finally!! know I'm nervous, I have all my preops next week I'm getting scared anyone else having the same feelings, also anyone having surgery at Westchester Medical Center on same date? Judy

I'm not having my surgery at Westchester Medical but I am having my surgery on Aug 14th and from I hear its very normal to be scared. Keep yourself busy and try not to think about it so much (well atleast that is how ive been handling it). Good luck and please keep me posted

Congratulations.
I wasn't scared until the day of but kept reviewing all the reasons for making my choice and I knew I was doing the right thing. The surgery went easier than I expected and so did the recuperation. I have not one regret.

Hey everyone, THANKS for the moral support, I know that I'm doing the right thing and it is getting easirer now. I'm really looking forward to going shopping for some skinny clothes, as that is what is always shown in the stores and on models. THAT'S GOING TO BE ME!!! and better health. Again thanks. judy
