gynecologist??????

can any of you ladies suggest a good gynecologist that treats obese patients?

please excuse my ignorance & curiosity (hey, I'm a guy).... why would you need a special gyno for obese patients?  seems to me that the female reproductive system is all pretty much the same (functionally, anyway). does your "regular" gyno (assuming you have one) say you need to go to someone else because of your size? that said, you could also ask your doctor, or barring any answer there, check with your awesome surgeon or his awesome partner and see if they can recommend anyone for you. Hello  I understand - it does seem like an odd question of me to ask,however there are some doctors that say if you are over a certain weight,they will not be able to treat.they say the exam table will not hold them,and that different equipment is needed .A few friends of mine have had this problem,as well as doctors passing some crude remarks.Just trying to save myself some time and embarassment.
