I'm down 72 pounds

as of this morning.  I feel great.  I'm so thankful that I had this surgery.  I haven't been at this weight in 10 years.  When I went to the store yesterday to try on clothes I was having fun.  I hated clothes shopping before.  I hope everyone has a great day. Hugs, Patty

Hi Patty, I am glad to hear you are feeling great.  I live in Middle Island.  I had my surgery Sept. 11, 2006.  I agree..I am very greatful that i had the surgery.  I am about 8 to 10 lbs from my goal weight.  I have lost 75 lbs so far.  Keep up the good work.   Do you know that there is a support group at Good Samaritan every other week?  The next meeting is this saturday from 9 am to 10:30 am.  You can go there even if you did not have your surgery there.  I find going helps keep me on track & I always learn something.   Take care.
