Where will it go...?

Ok...another silly question....I know Im not even close to there yet, but when you finally reach your goal weight, how do you maintain it so that you dont drop anymore,  so that you keep it constant? Is that even possible...or am i just a space cadet and the answer is right in front of me?   <33, Sofia

I think that is a great question! I actually asked one just like it of a dear friend of mine who has had the bypass. She expalined her "honeymoon" phase. She lost a lot of weight the first 3 months. I call this the gave back for all those years of dieting with no reuslts. Anyway, after that your body will plateau. You have to work thorugh those. She now goes about 2 weeks losing and 2 weeks plateau. She had her surgery in October and has so far lost 120 pounds. Eventually your body will adjust. You will notice this when the weeks of weight loss are spread apart. That is what I was told. I hope to find out soon. Good luck to you!
