Thanks Sue. Everything's ok with me. I have had a lot of life changes that have come along  with all the weight loss and some of them are difficult (marriage problems, particularly) but I would have the surgery again in a heartbeat. Once you make changes, I guess you have to be willing to REALLY MAKE CHANGES if you want them to be lasting.
Anyway, I'll post soon and give an update. Keep up the good work!Amy

sue, Wow that is awsome. I can't believe you lost over 180 lbs in 15 months. Here I am only 3 weeks and 2 days out and am getting agravated at the scale not moving. So I guess it will move . You are an insparation to me. I am so proud of you. Sheila
