My next free post Gastric Bypass surgery support group will be next Tuesday, 7/17 from 7:00-9:00pm in the back room of Panera Bread in the Sayville Plaza Shopping Center in Bohemia. No purchase from Panera is necessary,however, if you chose to buy something, please buy it and bring it to the backroom with you to avoid distractions once the group starts.

Bring your before pictures, your favorite high protein food wrapping for our show and tell time, and any recipes, articles and books you'd like to share. Be there or be Round ---(as Karen I. like it to be said!) Maryellen:) :wave: :wave: :wave:
