MOrning All,
Wow ok, it is almost 12pm here...
Just been so busy at work! Busy last week since my Mom was here but back on track now....
Ok my weekly goals are:
1. Getting back into my daily schedule again, did my treadmill this morning and back to
the gym today after work.
2. Back on track with getting ALL my water in again!
Ok how is next...

hi debra,,
i am normal.. woo hoo.. i mean my bmi.... its like wow..... the scale is moving slowly...
i do post what i eat on the grad board. accountabiliity is what the lady posts everyday. it helps to stay on track for me.
my weekly goal is
1. hospital gym 3 days a week- the trainer is now starting 3 days with me finally
2. drink at least 100 oz. of plain water
3. do my hand weights at least once a day.

Hi Debra, I finally got clearance from my chiropractor to go back to the gym. I went this morning for about an hour. It felt good. My goal is to go to the gym at least 5 times this week. One down, four more to go!
