Temporary Disability

WLS is considered short term disabilty.  My job paid the first 2 weeks  at regular pay and the following weeks are at 50% pay. I ended up taking 12 weeks off, but I had an open rny and my job requires alot of physical work. I live in NY and it took awhile for the state to process my payment, the first time I used std I didn't get paid until the week right before I went back to work. Donna open rny mar 18 2003 282/144/140
