Support Group in Ithaca

The Ithaca Support Group meets on Monday nights.  RNY group is the first and third Monday of the month.   Lap Band group meets on the second and fourth Monday each month.   We meet at Cayuga Medical Center, second floor, in the Bonnie Howell Education Center, room A. We invite Pre-op and other interested folks to join together at 6:00 PM. Post-op people will meet at 7:00 PM. This is a different time schedule so please make note of the new times.  See you next Monday.

hi... do you know of ANY support meetings on a sat or sun ? i'm having  a very hardtime even getting an appt with a dr. , i feel so lost right now.. all i do is sit home eat and cry.. i know i need to get together with folks dealing with the samethings i am  but my work schedule is not a normal schedule.. i work mon-fri 12:30 to 9pm... if you hear of anything that i might be able to attend could you please let me know about it..thank you very much.

I would love to attend, but don't have transportation, do you if anyone from the Newfield area attends that I could carpool with?   Thanks for the info!!

You could go to Dr. Mecenas Forum and post a message. To get to the forum, click above toward the left, on Bariatric Surgeons, then scroll down to Dr. Mecenas. Click on his name and it should take you there. Our members live all around this area but I can't give out specific names or addresses. We would love to have you join us. Annette
