Has Anyone Noticed?

Hi All.  How the heck is everyone doing on this fine Friday? I've been meaning to ask this question and keep forgetting to. Has anyone noticed that they are able to tolerate the summer heat much better than pre- surgery.  Do you even get a little bit of a chill at night? It is so out of of character for me, but I'll take it. Now don't get me wrong - I'm not a fan of really hot and humid weather - but it just seems a little easier this year for me. That used to be my excuse for not budging during the summer and now I do 3 miles in the AM and 2 miles in the PM (walking)regardless. I'm LOVIN' it! It can't be as simple as the fat no longer insulating the body...can it? Take Care OHers and have a super day. Diane~~ I still think that Air conditioning is one of the greatest invention of all time!  Oh yeah.

I want to see your smiling face up there I sooooo agree with you Last summer I was lugging around an additional 91 pound - a- roonies - I was hot and VERY uncomfortable in my own skin and the heat of summer!  This year I'm screaming "WHOOOO HOOOOO SUMMER"  HUGS, Britt

I'm cold lots!  No more hot flashes..hehe  As a matter of fact, the blower for the AC unit at work is over my desk!!!  I've been dragging everyone out walking...dad, my neighbor lady..maybe tonight my 5 yo niece and 7 yo nephew!  LOL

Hi Diane, Yes, I too can tolerate the heat much better.  I am ALWAYS cold!  My family constantly makes fun of me.  I still haven't been able to go in my pool yet.....it is not heated and I haven't sweat yet! Now go work on your new pic. Maryellen:)

I agree...I am doing great nad I love the summer time and being able to breath better because of the weight loss! Woo hoo!!!!!
