Hey Guys On Sept 21st at 10am I am having a Family Picnic. Oh yeah, most of the family doesn't show up. So as I did last year, I am opening it up to all my Obesity friends. If you would like to join us and some of my weight loss family you are welcomed to come with your family. Each family brings their own drinks and a large tray of food to share. We will have all the paper goods provided and a gas grill to cook on. If you are interested in joining us, email me @ [email protected] for the details. The picnic is at Rockland Lake State Park in Rockland COunty over the Tappan Zee Bridge. Hope to hear from some of you.
