Need lentil Recipe Please!!

I am looking for a really good SIMPLE  Lentil recipe which I could make and eat on the soft food stage.  I saw a show yesterday about the benefits of lentils and I want to incorporate them into my diet as a means of getting more protein.  Any recipies....even slightly complicated ones would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!!!

They are really easy to cook, but I can't think of any recipes off the top of my head.  Alton Brown did a show on Lentils yesterday.  If you go to the FoodTV website and look up the recipes on Good Eats, I'm sure you will find some there. Also try vegweb.
