Exercise Goals for the Week

Good Morning All ~hugs~ I am off today recovering from yesterday at the races. I took today as a vaca day since I knew the sun would just wear me out and sure enough I was really glad that I did not have to work today. I am home taking care of some light things today and maybe even take a nap. This week some goals are: 1. Making sure I get all my workouts done this week. Busy week and I need to make sure I take care of MYSELF! 2. Next week my Mom and her friend will be visiting the whole week so the treadmill in the AM is out since my Moms friend will be staying in that room, I want to make a plan to work this out and make sure I stay some what on track. I know it can change and I need to make some plan so I do not get off track again. OK who is next?

Look luck next week to stay on an exercise while your Mom is with you.  Just make sure you enjoy your Mom's visit.  I know you will stay focused, your an inspiration to me.  I have started to ride my bike again, it is so hard for me to keep a schedule, I care for my Mom who had dementia bad and my second son (39 y/o) has been diagonsed with cancer and just started chemo and radaition.  It has not been easy.   Once again, let me say good luck to you. Linda, Hello hun ~Hugs~ thanks for your support hun and yes I sure will enjoy her visit. WOW hun you have a full plate yourself and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! If you need anything just let me know and if I can do it I will!!!!  I wish you all the best with your bike, I know once you find something you enjoy it makes the working out a little easier... Hi Deb. I look foward to this post every Monday. This week I will keep up what I have been doing which is walking 5 miles a day and lifting light weights 3x a week. I have been purposely parking the car waaay in the back of the store lot. Lots of gardening and raking too.  Sounds like you had a ball this past wknd.  Take Care - Talk To You Soon~~ Diane
