Get together??

Ok sorry for letting this go so long without adressing it.  I need suggestions , ideas and days people would be interested in a get together.  IT can be as simple as a picnic in central park or what we were originally planning on which is Great Adventure. Or both!  I  am open to all suggestions.  Just throw your ideas out there and we can figure it out.   LisaMarie

Picnic in Central  Park sounds good.  Great Adventurer's is okay, but the weekends are way too crowded. Jones beach picnic on the beach is a nice idea too. I'm up for anything as long as I have the day available.

I'd love to get together and Central Park is so great this time of year. And it would be a great way for us to share some recipes too!!

Great Adventure is so packed on weekends and Jones Beach--well I'm just not up to the whole swimsuit thing just yet. JMHO

Central park would be nice, we could bring our families and find a place for a picnic.. Great Adventure would only be good during the week.  would never go on a weekend... Yes this is totally open to everyone....

Hi Lisa, Count me in if it's on a weekend; can't take any more time off from work unfortunately. A picnic at the park sounds great...the only bad thing is the weather could be iffy. Do they have an area with covered sites? I know some parks do. The other option would be at someone's home (depending on the number of people) so this way we could have an indoor option if the weather sucks. Let me know what I can do! Hugs, karen

id be willing to have somthing here ..... i would hate to be somwhere where its hot and no pool or water near by........... i think im pretty centrally located to most so we can think about that .... maybe everyone can bring their favorite dish and i can do hot dogs chicken and hamburgers for the kids....... just an idea but id be willing.................................... Stacy, That sounds great hun, I would think about coming to the Island as long as it was the Sat that hubby is off since he work every other Sat. I stress WAY to much about going the NYC.
