Plastic surgery anyone???
Can anyone help with anything and everything related to plastic Surgery??!! I am almost 14 months PO and my GBP surgeon says I have lost more than expected and I HATE all this flab hangin around. I don't even know where to begin with this whole process. I am not ready to go today to have things done, I am still in school, but want to look into it now, so I can plan. I live in Western, NY--between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. I would love to hear the good and bad of surgeons, also!!! Thanks so much!!!

Hi, Sheila!! Thanks for the info--that is right where I am going to school--how convienient!! I am going to learn massage therapy at NYIM!! Good luck to you on your journey!!! I just did pretty much what I was told and what my belly tells me!!! There were times things moved slow and then they went so quick. This past year has been like a blink of the eye!!! One BIG word of advise I would give is to NOT take to heart all you read here. We are all different and our Dr.s are all different!! They did not weigh me at the hospital. I went by my pre-surgery weight at my appt just before surgery at the Dr.s office. Recovery with me was a bit rough. I had an anxiety attack which they thought I might have had a clot, so I had to go back to the hospital--just for a day, though. Then, a couple weeks later I had a problem keeping things down or in and got dehydrated. Again, Dr. ran all kinds of tests and found everything fine, so just one night at the hosp. again. After that, all had been DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!!! With the surgery itself, I was in the hosp. for 3 nights.
If you have any questions along the way, feel free to call me. send me a private message and i will send you my number!!
Take care!!!
