Morning All ~hugs~ I hope you all had a great weekend, mine was nice......Not much going on really though I did get the rest of my flowers planted!  Went for a nice motorcycle ride and looked at a bike for me, found one that I really liked but know that I can not do it this year since I am really wanting to get my PS done and can not afford 2 more payments!  Kind of bumbed about that but I guess we have to chose sometimes. I said once all my PS is done I will then get a bike and that will be my gift to myself for ALL the hard work!  Ok this weeks exercise goals are: 1. Add more reps on my weight training or up the weights. 2. Add more time I am on the treadmill in the AM Well I think that is it... You all have a great day!

1. Make sure I get at least 64 ounces of fluid a day. 2. Make sure I get at least 70 grams of protein a day. 3. Try my best to walk everyday, and if not do some moderate exercising in the house.

That sounds really great! We can only make small changes at a time to make then stick and become habits so making the smaller goals helps a lot....

Cheri, Sounds awesome hun...  You know I understand the feeling of having mucles and such now, I am always feeling them and it cracks hubby up all the time. I said it is like a kid in a candy store! I can not wait until I have to very much needed PS and I can really SEE the muscles... Take care hun and have a great day!

I have only three more weeks of training before I run the 15K Utica Boilermaker, so here's my exercise goals for the week of June 16th: Saturday - 7 mile long run (I finished the route in 1 hour, 20 minutes with energy to spare, YIPPEE!) Sunday - 3 mile easy run (felt good to me, but it wore out my Papillon) Monday - recovery day - 30 minute walk Tuesday - 20 minute ellipitical with strength training Wednesday - 6.2 miles with lots of hills Thursday - 20 minute ellipitical with strength training Friday - recovery day - 30 minute walk Cassie
