Im gonna be sick..

I was scared to death of the protein because of everything I had heard.  I went on the Vitalady.com website and ordered a bunch of different samples at 1.99 each.   That way if I didn't like something I wasn't out much.   I did find a couple that I really like.   I love the fuzzy navel (and sometimes I mix it with crystal lite peach tea) it is so yummy.  I also like the watermelon, tropical fluid, and green apple.   I am not into the chocolate and vanilla flavors.   I get 30 gm of protein in my 6oz shake and I try to do 2 a day.   Once I knew what I liked and could tolerate then I bought the big containers.  It was definitely the way to go.  Good luck to you.  Sally
